The Digital Resilience Association (DRA) participated in a five-day international CISSP Certification Preparation Bootcamp, held from November 10 to 14, 2025. The training was conducted as part of the Team Europe Initiative on Digital Connectivity in Central Asia (Cybersecurity Component).
The program focused on enhancing the qualifications of cybersecurity specialists and strengthening the regional professional community.
About the Program
The CISSP Bootcamp is an intensive training program designed for an in-depth study of the eight domains of the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) international standard. This certification is recognized globally as a gold standard for information security management and is widely adopted by government agencies, the financial sector, technology companies, and critical infrastructure organizations.
The training covered the following key areas:
- Security and Risk Management: Governance, compliance, and risk assessment.
- Asset Security: Data protection and security throughout the lifecycle.
- Security Architecture and Engineering: Building secure systems and cryptographic methods.
- Communication and Network Security: Securing network infrastructure and communications.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM): Controlling access and managing identities.
- Security Assessment and Testing: Auditing, monitoring, and evaluating security controls.
- Security Operations: Threat detection, incident response, and business continuity.
- Software Development Security: SDLC, AppSec, DevSecOps, and modern approaches to software protection.
Special emphasis was placed on applying global best practices to the Central Asian context and the vital importance of developing local human capital in the cybersecurity field.
