Kyrgyzstanis placed among the top three in the Cyber Kün cybersecurity tournament in Central Asia.
According to the organizers, more than 200 representatives from banks, the public sector, IT companies, and universities participated.
The tournament’s main event was a cybersecurity competition (CTF Red Team vs. Blue Team). Twelve teams of four people each from countries in the region participated.
The total prize fund was $5,000.
Representatives from Uzbekistan took first place ($2,500). Tajikistan placed second ($1,500). Kyrgyzstan rounded out the top three ($1,000).
In addition to the tournament, master classes from international experts are also held.
