A practical conference on cybersecurity will be held in Bishkek with the participation of international organizations.

CYBER KÜN 2025 is a practical conference in the field of cybersecurity, which will take place on October 3, 2025, in Bishkek, with the partnership support of the Digital Resilience Association (DRA). The event is dedicated to strategic cybersecurity development and the improvement of data protection legislation.

The conference is organized with the support of leading international partners, including Fortinet, one of the global leaders in cybersecurity, and the e-Governance Academy, an Estonian non-profit foundation providing advisory and training services to government institutions worldwide in the areas of digital transformation, e-governance, and cybersecurity. DRA is contributing to the development of the agenda aimed at fostering cross-sectoral dialogue and creating practical solutions to strengthen digital resilience in the region.

The conference program includes:

• Presentations and keynote addresses by leading international experts on current cyber threats, advanced attack detection technologies, and key cybersecurity trends.
• Panel discussions on digital sovereignty, the role of artificial intelligence in protecting critical infrastructure, and the future of Zero Trust architecture.
• CYBER ORDO practical competition in a Red Team vs Blue Team format, with a prize fund of $5,000, offering participants the opportunity to practice defense and incident response skills.
• Exhibition of solutions from global industry leaders, showcasing innovative products for ensuring cybersecurity.
