The Digital Resilience Association of the Kyrgyz Republic took part in a meeting organized by the Secretariat of the Investment Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the participation of representatives of leading business associations. The main topic of discussion was regulatory reform — an initiative to review and streamline regulatory acts, permits, and procedures that, according to the business community, hinder business development.
Participants discussed the need to assess existing licenses, permits, and other regulatory requirements issued by state authorities that impose excessive or unjustified pressure on entrepreneurial activity. Within the framework of the initiative of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, an interagency commission is being established to analyze such documents and prepare proposals for their cancellation, simplification, or modernization.
The Secretariat of the Investment Council invited business associations to submit their proposals and comments. The Digital Resilience Association is actively engaging in this process to represent the position of the digital and technology sector, protect the interests of entrepreneurs, and contribute to the creation of a more balanced and modern regulatory environment in Kyrgyzstan.
