The Digital Resilience Association and the Association of Virtual Asset Market Participants of the Kyrgyz Republic (AVAMP) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation aimed at developing a sustainable digital infrastructure and promoting transparent regulation in the field of virtual assets.

AVAMP unites leading companies, experts, and initiatives in the fields of cryptotechnologies, blockchain solutions, and decentralized finance. The organization is actively engaged in dialogue with government agencies on the regulation of digital assets.
For its part, the Digital Resilience Association promotes the principles of digital security, responsibility, and inclusivity, with a strong focus on resilience throughout the country’s digital transformation process.
