Signing Memorandum of Cooperation with Union of Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic

The Digital Resilience Association and the Union of Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic have officially established a partnership by signing a Memorandum of Cooperation in the areas of cybersecurity, digital transformation, and the sustainable development of the financial sector.

Anvar Abdraev, President of the Union of Banks, emphasized the relevance and necessity of this initiative:

“Issues of cybersecurity, digital trust, and fraud prevention are becoming central to the financial industry. Cooperation with the Association will allow us to join forces to enhance the digital resilience of the banking sector and develop systemic solutions in this field.”

The Association and the Union plan to jointly develop recommendations, implement training and anti-fraud programs, and promote the adoption of information security standards and digital literacy across financial institutions.

We are confident that this partnership marks an important step toward building a reliable, modern, and secure financial ecosystem in Kyrgyzstan.
